Tooth Fairy Time

Talan lost his first tooth on Thursday November 8, 2012. He came running in from the bus saying that his tooth was bleeding. It was a little bit but I didn't think it was quite ready to come out. Jason was sick at work and asked if we would run him up some medicine. While we were at Wilson Audio Talan showed his dad that his tooth was bleeding. Jason talked Talan into just pulling it out. So Talan lost his first tooth in the parking lot at Wilson Audio. He was so excited.
He seems too little to be losing his teeth.
Talan was so excited for the Tooth Fairy to come and leave some money, but he felt bad that Grandma and Grandpa Jones didn't get to see his tooth. After much thought of what to do we decided to leave the tooth fairy a note and ask her if she would please leave the tooth so he could show his grandma and grandpa.
Just a little after mid-night Talan came running in our room crying. When we finally got him calmed down enough to talk he said that the Tooth Fairy had not come. I told him he better go turn on  his light and look around his room. He headed off for his room and then Jason and I could hear a gasp. We both knew that the Tooth Fairy and not forgotten Talan. He came running in to show us what he had found.
The Tooth Fairy not only left money but some teeth rotting candy. What kind of Tooth Fairy stops and our house? Talan was so excited I think he showed everyone who would stop and look. The magic of being a kid.
