The candy Basket with a fun letter for Jason.
It is always fun to get something unexpected at work. So I secertly went into his office and dropped it off with out him catching me. The note said:
June 27, 2011
Dear Mr. Christensen,
I know that these may seem like a “SHOCKER” but we have been in wedded “BLISS” for 8 years. It still seems as though a “SYMPHONY” plays every time I see you! Some may think that you are a “DUD”,“AIR HEAD” or a MONSTER but I think I “SKOR-ed” with such a “RED HOT” “ROCK STAR”. Some many SNICKER because they think that I love you just because you are a SUGAR DADDY and I am just in this for an EXTRA 100 GRAND. But I don’t REACT to their comments, I simply say “LOOK,” who wouldn’t love a CRAZY FROG drinking man who is also a FISH Whisper? I know that this may be a WHOPPER of a letter and BOLD of me to say, but the truth is I love you to PIECES and you are MOUNDS of fun to be with.
LOVE YOU TONS,
Mrs. Christensen
He surprised me with some beautiful daisies. I love the orange. I am not a huge rose person so I loved the daisies.
We decided to take the Bronco to dinner and for a ride since we didn't have the kids. I love to take the Bronco out in the summer it is so fun and makes me feel young. There is nothing better than a canyon ride in the bronce with a Kenny Chesney CD. This is what summer is to me
I am not quite sure why Jason insisted on washing it considering we are taking it up the canyon. Oh well it is his baby.
I can't believe that we have been married 8 years. Time has flown by. We had a great anniversary. We went and had a great dinner at Magelby's. It was nice not to have to cut up anyones food and no one to keep asking if we are leaving yet. After a relaxing dinner we went for a long ride up Hobble Creek Canyon. I love when you get up in the pines. The cool air and wonderful smell on the woods make me so happy. We didn't do anything too big this year because Mexico was our Anniversary and what a trip it was. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband. I hope we have many more happy years to come.
