The boys and I ready for the Ward Carnival.
Talan won some vampire teeth playing ghost bowling.
Linx spent most of the night trying to get his puppy ears off.
Linx favorite game was the cake walk. He was so entertained walking around the circle stepping on all the numbers.
Talan hoping to catch a big fish at the fish pond.
The boys waiting for the party guest to arrive.
Me with my favorite Cowboy and Puppy.
I was lucky enough to get a picture with all the kids in it. This is a real miracle.
The Bogards.
The Bills
The Christensens
Two witches, One fairy
The kids listening to the book "The Little old lady who was not afraid on anything" This is one of Talan's and Linx's favorite Halloween books. Elle didn't like it much, a little too scary for her.
Dizzy Mummy. This was one of our Minute to Win It games. Which ever family won got to pick a spooktakular prize.
A doughnut eating contest. I think Crew won when he finally pulled the doughnut off the string and walked away enjoying his doughnut.
The Bogards getting ready to play "Elephant Nose".
Elephant Nose turned out to be everyones favorite game of the night.
Who dosen't love a game that involves putting a nylon on your head.
Talan getting a little wild and crazy while playing Elephant Nose.
This week has been busy with Halloween Parties. At the begining of the week we had the annual ward carnival. The boys had fun doing the cake walk, fishing in the pond, making ghost and having their faces painted. It was fun to see all of the neighbors dressing up in their Halloween costumes. It was a fun evening of games and visiting.
On Thursday night I hosted our 1st annual Halloween Party. We had tons of yummy food. After everyone was full from soup, bread bowls, dips and cupcakes we decided to play Minute to Win It. It was so fun to see the kids laughing and having a good time. Everyones favorite games was Elephant nose. Hopefully the kids will want to continue to have a Halloween Party every year. It was so fun to see everyone dressed up and laughing at each other while we played the games. Nothing beats a night of yummy food, friends and fun.
